This morning, we filed a Civil Complaint on behalf of Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, against 28 defendants, including Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and all the various characters who participated and conspired in one way or another with the fabrication, proliferation, and misuse of the Russian Collusion falsehood.
The wrongdoing here involved different groups who fabricated the lie, who promulgated the lie, and who acted on the lie in order to pursue criminal investigations which caused spying on Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, not only on him, but his campaign, his family, and his presidency.
We are seeking to right a wrong as well as the law can provide. Unfortunately, no lawsuit can ever give a person his time back or retroactively fix the intentional wrongs which had been committed. This is a lawsuit for damages, which is sought to compensate for losses incurred and it seeks punitive damages to hopefully teach a lesson to anyone who would consider taking such destructive and harmful actions in the future.
