Washington DC – A couple was caught on video saying they were going in while on the grass on the mall side of the Capitol.
They are then seen entering the Capitol door and climbing the stairs.
They are easily identifiable as the male has a yellow patch on his black pack and she is wearing a blue shirt and red knit stocking cap.
It appears that they knew they were going into the building before they were near to the actual building.
The odd thing is that the male stops for a moment to fold two chairs and lays them flat on the ground.
